Overview:
The IMO/USCG Security Awareness course is designed to provide seafarers and maritime personnel with the essential knowledge and awareness required to contribute to the security of a vessel in compliance with the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) requirements. This training is intended for all crew members who do not have designated security duties but must be familiar with security responsibilities onboard.
